COD

All COD orders are payable in U.S. funds and are subject to additional charges which may vary according to the method of shipment and its total value. Cash and bank checks are accepted. Non-catalog and special-order items cannot be shipped COD.

OPEN ACCOUNTS

Customers requesting open account terms must complete a credit application. Credit lines are determined upon evaluation of the information from any of the following sources: credit application,  Electronic Trade Groups, and other public sources of information. Payment terms will be as specified on our invoices. Past due accounts are subject to late payment charges and any future orders will be CREDIT CARD or COD. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your application for commercial credit.

SALES AND USE TAX POLICY STATEMENT

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your purchase is NOT exempt from tax merely because we have elected not to collect the tax from you at the time of your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire. or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report all purchases that are not taxed and pay tax on those purchases.  The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state's department of revenue website. Double Equipment COLLECTS SALES TAX in Ohio where we have physical presence (or nexus) and does not collect sales tax in any other states where we are not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.

TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS:
Double Equipment does not collect any sales tax for customers with a valid STATE OF OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TAXATION SALES AND USE TAX BLANKET EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE on file, or you are shipping your order to a state that does not collect state or local sales or use tax. Please file a tax exempt form with us BEFORE placing an order. Sales taxes are not refundable for previous purchases.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping to continental USA only, no international shipping is available. All items are FOB shipping point. All shipments will be assessed a $2.00 U.S. handling fee. Additional charges may apply based on the method of shipment and total weight. Oversize parcels, hazardous materials, or shipments requiring special handling or delivery are subject to additional charges. Unless instructed otherwise, we will normally ship United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS) or common motor carrier depending on the size and weight of the order. You may specify other commercially available transportation services at an additional charge.

ON-LINE CATALOG ITEMS

The vast majority of all items listed in this on-line store and catalog are in stock at our facilities or our suppliers' and available for immediate shipment at any given time. We may ship (or drop ship) your order from mutlible locations. However, because of extremely high demand and/or limited availability from the manufacturer, some items may be backordered. If any portion of your purchase is subject to backorder, you will be notified at the time we process your order.

NON-CATALOG ITEMS

If you don't find what you need in our catalog, contact us at 330-416-5555,  or via email at info@dblequip.com. We carry many items not listed on-line in our catalog and can also special order non-standard, modified, even fully customized products. Please be aware that some non-catalog items may be subject to minimum order quantities. Also, orders for non-standard, modified and fully customized products are not cancellable and the products may be not returnable.

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Please open and inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. Claims for loss or damage in transit should be made directly to the carrier. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs after we have obtained good order receipt from the transportation companies.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And, when possible the item must be in the original packaging

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Double Equipment will gladly accept returns within 30 days of shipping date and will replace the product or refund your money at your option. In order for us to quickly process your return, please do the following:

  1. Use our oline returns for online purches or contact us at 330-416-5555, or via email at info@dblequip.com to obtain a Return Authorization.
  2. Note this RA Number plainly on the return shipping label and on any enclosed correspondence.
  3. Return the merchandise in the original packaging (if possible) and in re-sellable condition.
  4. Return freight must be prepaid. COD returns cannot be accepted.
  5. Please note that merchandise returned due to customer error may be subject to a restocking charge.
  6. Non-catalog items may be returnable, but non-standard, modified, and fully customized items are not returnable at all.
  7. Double Equipment reserves the right to deviate from these policies under special circumstances.

PRICING

All pricing is in USD. The prices on-line or in our catalog reflect the latest information available to us. Every effort is made to keep prices current. However, prices for products are constantly changing due to market conditions and are beyond our direct control. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify our prices at our sole discretion. You will be notified of any price changes to your purchase prior to order processing.

AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS

Double Equipment offers new quality aftermarket replacement items and is not an authorized dealer or reseller for some manufactures, item will indicate "Aftermarket" in description when selling NON-OEM items. OEM Part numbers are used for reference only

Double Equipment is not an authorized dealer for the following companies and therefore, does not sell genuine products or items for these companies. If you have purchased products or items believing they were genuine OEM, you may return them for a refund.
