SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items are FOB
shipping point. All shipments will be assessed a $2.00 U.S. handling fee.
Additional charges may apply based on the method of shipment and total weight.
Oversize parcels, hazardous materials, or shipments requiring special handling
or delivery are subject to additional charges. Unless instructed otherwise, we
will normally ship United Parcel Service (UPS) or common motor carrier depending
on the size and weight of the order. You may specify other commercially
available transportation services at an additional charge. LOSS
OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Please open and inspect
all orders immediately upon receipt. Claims for loss or damage in transit should
be made directly to the carrier. Please understand that we cannot be held
responsible for damage that occurs after we have obtained good order receipt
form the transportation companies.
RETURNS
Double Equipment will
gladly accept returns and will replace the product or refund your money at your
option. In order for us to quickly process your return, please do the following:
- Contact us at
877-416-5550, via fax at 330-948-2078, or via email at info@dblequip.com to
obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Note this RA Number
plainly on the return shipping label and on any enclosed correspondence.
- Return the
merchandise in the original packaging (if possible) and in re-sellable
condition.
- Return freight must
be prepaid. COD returns cannot be accepted.
- Please note that
merchandise returned due to customer error may be subject to a restocking
charge.
- Non-catalog items
may be returnable, but non-standard, modified, and fully customized items
are not returnable at all.
- Double Equipment
reserves the right to deviate form these policies under special
circumstances.
